Tube End Protectors
We can supply tube end ferrules/protectors where the inlet end of the tube is prone to corrosion/erosion. These purpose made ferrules are manufactured to fine tolerances to fit inside the existing tube and offer outstanding results as to the longevity of the heat exchanger. Many end users have seen the benefit of this. For example, we have supplied stainless steel tube end ferrules for inserting into carbon steel tubes, and nickel/special alloy tubes such as C276/625 for inserting into steel tubes, see diagram and photograph of such products being installed.
